Cakes with mango, papaya and lime cream and mascarpone
Ingredients:
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 200 g puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 200g mascarpone cheese

Method of preparation:

Heat oven to 220 ° C. Defrosted in the refrigerator roll dough thinly and put into molds for baking cakes.
