- 1 mango
- 3.1 tablespoon of sugar
- apple cider vinegar to taste
- salt, vegetable oil - to taste
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice concentrate
Method of preparation:
Peel the mango, cut into pieces and whisk until the consistency of mashed potatoes in a blender. Combine puree with sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and salt to taste. Thoroughly beaten. Then concentrated cranberry juice mixed with sugar until thick and stops. Add oil. Combine mango with cranberry syrup, but not stirred.
