- 2 mangoes
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 cup raspberries
Used: Mango Puree
Method of preparation:
Peel the mango and cut into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the zest and lime juice and sugar. Mix well.
Before serving, gently stir in raspberries.
Pour this light cream sauce, cream, cakes and any desserts!
