- '75 Milk chocolate, crush
- 24 pieces of dried mango (about 150 g)
- '50 Dark chocolate (no more than 50% cocoa solids) crush

Method of preparation:
Cook 2 3shtuki large sheets of baking paper. Put the milk chocolate in a small bowl. Bowl set over a pan of boiling water so that the chocolate does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate in for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir until smooth. Then drop by one half sliced mango slices into the liquid chocolate. Shake gently to remove excess chocolate, and then put the resulting mango on baking paper to pieces of hardened. Repeat the same with the dark chocolate.
