Mango Oatmeal cookies

Mango Oatmeal cookies
  • 1 pack of butter
  • 600 g. brown sugar
  • 300 g. white granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 850 g. dried mango, cut into small pieces
  • 600 g. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 450 g. oatmeal

Used: Dried Mangoes, Mangorind Mango Puree

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook 2 sheets of baking or food with aluminum foil. Mix the butter and sugar using a blender or food processor until the consistency of light cream. Slowly stir the cream, adding one all the eggs and vanilla. Add the resulting mass of mango and mix quickly and thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and add to the stock prepared in a food processor. Add oatmeal.
